As a newly established non-profit, FPW was seeking a brand identity as strong as their mission: to become the world’s most trusted standard for pay equity.
By utilizing a rigorous methodology, transparent standards, and a process-based approach, FPW is able to bring clarity and confidence to what is often a challenging process for companies. Our goal was to create a visual expression that would reflect that same clarity, confidence, and trust. We paid special attention to a logo that could double as a certification badge, ensuring that it would be recognizable, adaptable, and iconic enough to withstand the test of time. A distilled and dynamic kit of parts allowed the brand to show up quickly, whenever and wherever it needed—over social media, fundraiser decks, cohort assets, campaign concepts, member case studies, and more.
