Approaching a local builder’s identity with the same thoughtfulness they use to craft their custom homes.
Founded in 1993, O’Neill Homes has long been synonymous with a high quality of craft, deep building expertise, and longtime dedication to its greater community—but its visual presence was long overdue for an update. We helped them establish a new visual identity that is equal parts exacting and accommodating, leveraging subtle hints of grids, measurements, and alignments with supporting elements inspired by the calm and cool of Lake Oswego where the business is based.
